Every industry offers valuable, fulfilling careers with clear routes for progression, skills development and leadership. Essex has a strong reputation for innovation and enterprise, with businesses and professionals contributing to regional, national and international success.
With our career ambassadors from across the county, we're celebrating the diversity of roles, routes and progression opportunities available within the modern workforce. By sharing real experiences, the ambassadors show how careers evolve, the different starting points to a dream career and how skills can transfer between sectors.
