The Inclusive Stakeholder Alliance brings together organisations across employment, education, health, local government and the community to strengthen inclusive organisational development across Essex.

The Inclusive Stakeholder Alliance works collaboratively to improve access to meaningful employment for people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), learning disabilities and autism, by supporting organisations to embed inclusive strategies, culture and practice. It focuses on shared learning, practical resources and system‑wide collaboration rather than isolated initiatives.

Outcomes

  • Develop and influence inclusive employment strategies
  • Support organisations with practical guidance and resources
  • Connect stakeholders across skills, education, health and employment
  • Monitor progress and promote effective inclusive practice

Operating as a long‑term strategic forum, the Inclusive Stakeholder Alliance supports the Preparing for Adulthood outcomes, recognising that access to purposeful work is central to improved life chances, organisational resilience and inclusive communities.
