What’s the difference?

A common question from businesses is:

“What’s the difference between an Accessible Apprenticeship and a Foundation Apprenticeships?”

Accessible Apprenticeships are standard apprenticeships, with support and adjustments in place to help an individual meet the full requirements of the role.

Foundation Apprenticeships offer a more introductory route, helping individuals develop key workplace skills before moving into a full apprenticeship or job

Both routes help businesses build an inclusive workforce in a way that suits them.
