Summary

Surgical Holdings in Southend are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Apprentice. This apprenticeship offers the opportunity to develop essential office skills in a supportive and professional environment.

  • Assist with day-to-day office administration tasks
  • Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department
  • Raising quotations to our customers at NHS and private hospitals
  • Prepare and send correspondence, emails, and reports to customers/suppliers
  • Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed
  • Data entry and maintaining spreadsheets
  • Assist in office inventory management and ordering supplies
  • Initial registration & acknowledgement of complaints (these would then be passed to the Quality Team for investigation)
  • Review and escalation of SCARs to suppliers
  • To assist with supporting the planning, development and implementation of sustainability programs and initiatives within the organisation

Your normal working hours are 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Inclusive of a lunch break directed by your manager. Shifts to be confirmed.
