Summary

Join our experienced team of engine builders working on a variety of both turbocharged and naturally aspirated engines, used across a broad range of applications. During the apprenticeship, you will be taught through on-the-job training and college leave to attain a Level 3 Engineering and Manufacturing Support Technician Apprenticeship.

Day to day role responsibilities will include:

Stripping and cleaning engine assemblies
Assembly of sub-assemblies
Inspection and testing of components
Record keeping (build records & components tested)
Facility maintenance

The succesful apprentice will be working towards an industry recognised Level 3 Engineering and Manufacturing Support Technician Apprenticeship Standard including an EAL Level 3 Diploma in Engineering and manufacturing support technologies
All college attendance will be at Colchester Institute at our Colchester Campus one day per week
The final apprenticeship completion certificate will be issued on achievement of the above qualification and successful completion of end point assessment
