Join our experienced team of engine builders working on a variety of both turbocharged and naturally aspirated engines, used across a broad range of applications. During the apprenticeship, you will be taught through on-the-job training and college leave to attain a Level 3 Engineering and Manufacturing Support Technician Apprenticeship.
Day to day role responsibilities will include:
- Stripping and cleaning engine assemblies
- Assembly of sub-assemblies
- Inspection and testing of components
- Record keeping (build records & components tested)
- Facility maintenance

- The succesful apprentice will be working towards an industry recognised Level 3 Engineering and Manufacturing Support Technician Apprenticeship Standard including an EAL Level 3 Diploma in Engineering and manufacturing support technologies
- All college attendance will be at Colchester Institute at our Colchester Campus one day per week
- The final apprenticeship completion certificate will be issued on achievement of the above qualification and successful completion of end point assessment
