Business is a real world subject. Whatever your choice of career path you will need to understand about the decisions that businesses make such as budgets, promotion and recruitment. Cambridge Technicals are an exam free course. All of the assessment will be completed through coursework. The qualifications are assessed using a Pass, Merit, Distinction and DistinctionH method of grading (the UCAS points for a DistinctionH are the same as an AH at A-Level). They are a recognised pathway into both higher education and employment and combine well with a variety of other subjects. The course can be taken either as a 3 unit Certificate (equivalent to AS), 6 unit Introductory Diploma (equivalent to A-Level) or a 12 unit Diploma (equivalent to two A-Levels).
